Konga Health, a digital healthcare distribution company providing a range of services has acquired L’Oréal, the world’s largest cosmetics company.
L’Oréal is a French company with a presence in 150 countries. The company creates and develops cosmetic products across skincare, haircare, make-up, and perfumes.
Chairman of Zinox Group, Leo Stan, revealed this at the Africa Retail Congress Conference, organized by the Lagos Business School.
He didn’t disclose the monetary value of the deal, and no official statement has been released to that effect.
